About the Productivity Coaching Program
The launch program is designed to set your real estate career in motion with hands-on training and real time exercises. New agents will be coached through their first five transactions with help from negotiations through closing.
All agents also have group coaching with a high level of specific tracking and accountability. Advanced agents will focus on systems and models to create a successful business and future.

This program is a commitment to improve your personal and professional life, and we don’t take that lightly. We respect your time and will coach the activities needed to achieve your goals, hold you accountable, and teach you how to perform those activities at an expert level.
The Keller Williams mission is: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving and legacies worth leaving.
The Productivity Coaches will educate, guide, direct and motivate you to build a solid foundation for your career and business to become as large as you choose and help you to attain 100 percent of your commissions by becoming a Capper. We hold weekly accountability sessions to keep you focused. You can advance as your production increases.
Our first goal is to have you complete the necessary paperwork and then begin the process of building a business plan you can reasonably follow. Your Productivity Coaches will support you with the implementation of your plan. We want you to break through your limiting beliefs and help you to shift your mindset to constantly think bigger. Skills, disciplines, strategies, and tactics will also be included.
We understand there are multiple ways to accomplish a task. Meanwhile, we follow the footsteps of others who have gone before us and have shown us the models and systems that are the best practices to follow. We will bring a specific topic each week with flexibility to address and learn from your real-world transaction concerns. We will guide and direct you toward the activities needed to improve your business.
We want you to know that we are committed to help, inspire and motivate you to accomplish your goals. We want you to become a Capper as quickly as you are willing to put in the work to get there. We will track all your activities from lead generation to conversion to the closing table.
Productivity Coaching Agreement
In an effort to support you and your real estate career, Keller Williams North Country has developed a Productivity Coaching program for you to work directly with a Productivity Coach. The Coach will guide you through the many facets of a real estate transaction and assist in developing the skills you need in order to be successful.
The goal of this program is to assist you in learning the process and tools associated with completing five transactions with the Productivity Coaching program.
For the purpose of this Agreement, the parties shall be the Productivity Coach and the Agent.
Agreement Between Productivity Coach and Agent
Productivity Coach Promise
l. Coach will have an initial consultation to review and follow the Agent's 30-60-90 Day progress.
2. Productivity Coach will assist with dialogue and role play
3. Productivity Coach will assist with listing or buyer agreements (role play)
4. Productivity Coach will assist with reviewing offers and listing agreements
5. Productivity Coach will assist with negotiations on all five offers
6. Productivity Coach will assist with contract to close/or help to get a transaction coordinator
7. Productivity Coach will assist with handling prospect and/or client objections
8. Productivity Coach will assist with the creation of all Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
9. Productivity Coach will assist Agent in developing a lead generation action plan (lead generation is
not the responsibility of the Productivity Coach)
10. Productivity Coach will assist Agent with developing a marketing plan
Agent Promise
l. Agent agrees to communicate openly and honestly with the Productivity Coach and to follow the
Productivity Coach's recommendations for necessary activities, homework, and required training.
2. Agent will create and practice with Productivity Coach the listing and buyer consultations.
3. Agent agrees to complete all training required by the Market Center for new Agents, including but
not limited to Ignite, within their first 60 days of joining the Market Center.
4. Agent also agrees to allocate sufficient time for working with buyers, sellers and lead generation.
5. Agent agrees to attend Consulting meetings led by the Productivity Coach. [Agent understands the
importance of being held accountable and will time block to ensure they attend these important
sessions necessary for their success as a REALTOR®.]
6. Repeated failure to follow the recommendations from the Productivity Coach or to attend additional
training sessions, may result in the Productivity Coach requesting the Agent to leave the program.
Financial Agreement for Productivity Coach/Agent:
In consideration for your participation in the coaching program, your commission split has been conditionally set to 80/20 and agent agrees to pay 10% of each commission to the Productivity Coaches on your CDA until Agent fulfills the terms of this agreement.
